REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8137 - AN ACT
CREATING A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF
RAMON, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE RAMON MUNICIPAL
HOSPITAL, AND THE APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR. |
Section
1. There shall be established a twenty-five-bed
capacity municipal hospital in the Municipality of Ramon, Province of
Isabela, to be known as the Ramon Municipal Hospital. Sec. 2. The Department of Health, in consultation and coordination with the local government officials concerned, shall promulgate the rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act. Sec. 3. The amount necessary for the establishment of the hospital shall be included in the General Appropriation Act of the year following its enactment into law; thereafter, funds necessary for the maintenance and operation of the hospital shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Code of the applicable law at the time. Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Note: Lapsed into law on July 16, 1995 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27 (1) of the Constitution.) |
