REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9362 November 30, 2006
AN ACT GRANTING PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP TO MICHAEL G.J. GLEISSNER
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Michael G.J. Gleissner is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives appurtenant thereto.
Sec. 2. Upon the taking and registration of the oath of allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines before the Bureau of Immigration and the issuance to him of the Certificate of Naturalization, Michael G.J. Gleissner shall enter upon the full enjoyment of Philippine citizenship.
Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on April 4, 2006 and November 20, 2006, respectively.
