REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7745 - AN
ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL AT ADDALAM REGION, MUNICIPALITY OF
JONES, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ADDALAM REGION HIGH
SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section
1. There shall be established a high school in the
Addalam Region at Barangay Tupax, Jones, Isabela, to cater to high
school students of Barangays Addalam, Barangcuag, Tupax, San Roque, and
Linamanan, all in the Municipality of Jones, Province of Isabela, to be
known as the Addalam Region High School. Sec. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. Sec. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Republic Act No. 7663 for the Department of Education, Culture and Sports intended for the operational expenses of newly legislated high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. * Lapsed into law without the signature of the President on June 19, 1994, in accordance with Article VI, Sec. 27(1) of the Constitution. |
