REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4959 - AN ACT
CONVERTING ROSARIO PUERICULTURE CENTER IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO,
PROVINCE OF LA UNION, INTO AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS
ROSARIO EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
THEREFOR

Section
1. The puericulture center in the Municipality of
Rosario, Province of La Union, is hereby converted into an emergency
hospital, to be known as Rosario Emergency Hospital. Sec. 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
